This is the prequel to the Video Game, Dead Space. This Movie shows us how the USG Ishimura became the way it is when you get there. To be honest about the Movie, I’ve already started my file on the game. Before I watched the movie. I have to say; the Movie really sets up the game for you. If I had watched the Movie before I started playing the game, I “Might” have been somewhat ready for the game… Ok, maybe not. :P But at least I would of seen some of the monsters. If you are planning to play the game, the movie is a must see before you play the game. The Ending is just right to get you to want to play the game! Don’t worry, I won’t tell you how it ends, but it does help. So, on to the Story.

While they were mining on a planet, they find an Ancient Relic. Most Of the People believes that it is something to do with Religion. They think it is proof the there is a God. So they Take it to the Ship. Sadly, when they found it, People started to go crazy. Killing Others or themselves! As soon as it gets to the shop, the same thing starts to happen!

After they rip out a piece of the planet… things start to go very wrong! Out of nowhere, the crew is being killed by strange things! The Captain gives the order to seal the doors to the shop! Sadly, one of the crew is racing to the Ship to try and save his wife! He just watched her kill herself! Before being killed by his Dead Wife, he crash lands in the docking bay just seconds before the doors close!! Now They are on the ship!! How long will they crew Stay alive!?

That’s how the movie starts! It really is a great prequel to the game! However, there is Very Strong Language in this Movie. To top that off, this Movie is just as Gory as the game! So this one is Not for Kids! If you don’t mind that so much, then it’s a great movie to watch. If you are going to or are playing the game, You need to watch this movie!!
