This is the Prequel to the Tank Police Story. This is all about how Leona Ozaki came to the Tank Police, and how she got Respected from the team. So what is the Tank Police? Well, it’s just how it sounds! It’s Police with Tanks!!!! The task force isn’t one to mess with. They have tanks and aren’t afraid of any one! Well, just the Mayor. :P The team is a bunch of crazy guys who don’t really fallow the rules to well. For Example, they play with a witness… Yeah (laugh) Play is right! They put a grenade in his month and play a little game with him to see if he will talk or not. This is where Leona comes in. She has a bad start with the Captain, who only wants to kill the bad guys, and reads his favorite magazine, “How To Kill”.

After a really bad day, Leona gets to make her own Tank! Well… she did blow up the Captain’s tank. But it wasn’t her felt! After working long and hard, she makes, Bonaparte. Her very own Mini-tank! Now she’s ready!  The story really starts off from there. This also helps the Readers of the Mange see how she come to the Tank Police. So it’s a great way to start the series.

Ok, In this OVA, we get to fellow three other People, Annapuma, Unipuma, and Buaku. These are our three main Criminals of the show. Annapuma and Unipuma are catgirls and love to play around. Buaku is a Bio – Human and the leader of this gang. They give the Police a run for their money; even the Tank Police has trouble with them. :P

With all this is an Anime, this is a fun one to watch! It was the comedy that just helps the show along. This is one worth seeing!!!
