He was dragged to Mt. Akina by his friend. The Akina Speed Stars come to there Pad, and challenge the local boys to a race. Then one night before the race a mysterious driver apears, and everybody wants to know who he is. The thing is, it's Takumi!! Will he race to save the town's Name?
