This is the 1st Amiga to hit the stores! And it’s all thanks to Commodore!!! If it wasn’t for Commodore, Atari would have had it, and it would have been the New Atari something. Check out the Story on YouTube to learn more about that. :P Well, this System was way ahead of it’s time! It was a Gaming PC! That is what they wanted to do. Make a PC that was Awesome! It was made by Gamers, and they had fun doing it. When it came to what was out at the time, the Amiga 1000 was better the Apple, Atari, and Microsoft PC’s!! That’s says a lot when you look at what the Apple ][ and the Atari ST could do. After it’s short life of two years, the Amiga 1000 already had stolen the Hearts of many Users that did not want to upgrade. This old timer is still one of the Best PC’s of it’s time and one worth getting if you get the chance.
