Here is Atari's Handheld, The Linx. This was the first Color / backlite Handheld to come out. Some other features the Linx had was it also was the first system to let you choose whitch way you would play it. Some games were played by holding the system strait up. One more thing that Atari was able to do, was the ComLynx, where you could link up over the Internet to play agenst 17 players!! If Nintendo needed Ideas for the DS, here is where they got some. Sadly, the GameBoy Killed it off. Go Gameboy!!! I only say that, because I love the Gameboy, but I have been trying to get myself one of these for a long time. I would Love to have one of these. If you find one, you should pick one up. I hear the Games are very fun.

Here is the newer Version of the Lynx. It had Stereo Haedphone Jak, you could turn off the LCD Backlite, and it was cheeper.
